Mission
To raise awareness of current state of affairs which contribute to the detriment of condominiums, and to champion alternatives for the long term betterment of condominiums through research, discourse and active engagement across the spectrum of stakeholders.
There are broad ranging limitations in the existing instruments which are meant to facilitate the well-being of Condominiums. Directly related are issues of aging condominiums, the consequences of not understanding the decline in value over time, the difficulties of maintenance and sustenance. Far too many feel cornered and face the eventuality of losing their homes through EnBloc sales, for want of alternatives. This need not be, especially when their Condominium has the potential of enhanced plot ratio (as stipulated in various URA MasterPlans, generally revised every 5 years or so).
Our Mission is to bring about awareness to the limitations of existing instruments facilitating Condominiums’ well-being in terms of issues relating to aging condominiums and the consequences of not understanding the decline in value over time, the difficulties of upkeep/maintenance/sustenance and the increasing difficulties of stopping value decline and the eventuality of losing their homes through EnBloc sale as in the case of almost all condominiums to date especially when their Condominium has the potential of enhanced plot ratio (as stipulated in URA’s MasterPlan generally revised every 5 years or so)

Vision
Immediate Vision
The Immediate Vision is to bring about ways and means to offer improvements or alternatives to existing instruments for condominiums, with the support of the government, so as to facilitate the upkeep, maintenance, sustenance of value over time, thus prevent the loss of homes through En Bloc.
To foster the pioneering and noble vision of homeowners as stakeholders of the nation who contribute to stability, harmony, identity and prosperity.
The Immediate Vision is to bring about the ways and means to offer alternative instruments or improvements to existing instruments (subject to government’s approval) so as to help the upkeep, maintenance and sustenance, and even maintaining value over time and getting the best out of their homes without losing it through En Bloc. To bring about our founding father Mr Lee Kuan Yew’s vision of ownership as stakeholders of the nation and consequently bringing about more stability, harmony, identity and prosperity.
Vision
Vision is to use Condominium Owners’ united homes as a capital base. Applying innovative, creative and enterprising ways and means in accordance with URA’s Master Plan vision of intensification of land use by way of the instrument of plot ratio to be an enabler for transforming passive ownership to make home ownership less as a liability and more as an asset even while living in it. To contribute to URA’s novel vision of Liveable Cities by design, where sense of neighborhood is deliberate, encouraging more social interaction, enhancing identity and forging harmony. Aiming for the enjoyment of home ownership in a happy, fulfilling and self-sustaining way.

Be always true to the Mission and Vision for the betterment of Condominiums by being supportive and helpful of URA’s MasterPlan Objectives of Land Intensification, and contributive to the novel concept of Liveable Cities that would serve to be exemplary of LKY’s vision of cities and city states.
